This is a word of caution for all of your people embarking in summer journeys to keep your head on the road just a few kilometres west of North Bay on Highway 17.
In short, I live for living. I find life so incredible, but you have to create your own opportunities and take the risks to get the most out of life.
I am ready, are you?
I am the proud owner of The Wesley Group. We provide training, facilitation and professional speaking services to many communities and organizations all across the country. If it's not fun, it's not worth it.
Unleash your dragon
Everyday, find a way to break out of your comfort zone and get a little crazy. Keep it safe and fun.

Reasons why I love to jog
I think I set a postive example. There are not too many people in the northern communities that run. I hope it gets people thinking about their own health.
I see things from a different perspective. It's cool what I see from time to time just by running though trails, paths or the side of road.
Great for my self-esteem. When I run, I feel awesome!
Gets me off my lazy butt. Whenever I feel like I have nothing to do, running is always there to keep me busy and feel productive.
Whenever I get stuck for a thought, I hit the road. It's great meditation.
Not that I'm a athletic specimen, but it keeps me in shape.
Melts away stress.
Books I have read lately
Tuesdays with Morrie - Mitch Albom
Life of Pi - Yann Martel
Little Book of Getting Your Way - Jeffrey Gitomer
How to See Yourself as You Really Are - Dalai Lama (still reading this one...tough to get into)
